Money for Lunar Rover Research, NASA; Please get a Grip
Admittedly the Iraq and Afghanistan wars are taking an extreme toll on the economy of not only the U.S. but of course several allies too, in short, it’s costing a fortune. Yes, I think it is high time to pull out of there and take a completely new approach to national defense and security that I really wont get into at the moment here, but lets just call it a stand back, watch, and strike when necessary approach. In light of all this extreme cost in dollars and not to mention life, I just see it as amazing to see such expensive research and development going on geared to another moon shot, and of course this moon buggy or moon rover research is just one small facet of the whole project, I just thought focusing on this little corner of the the constellation project would help give a little perspective of the cost towards things I would essentially categorize as the “same old hat” I did not research, but just imagine thus far how much has been spent on just the lunar rover research and development part of the constellation project. How dare these folks blow all this money on what is essentially a more sophisticated, more expensive repeat performance of the Apollo missions as our economic stability goes down the toilet…….
